Here’s a short 7-day detox plan focused on simplicity and effectiveness.

This plan is simple, nourishing, and easy to follow!

Day 1: Hydration & Prep

- Morning: Warm water with lemon.

- Meals: Green smoothie, quinoa salad, grilled salmon/tofu with veggies.

- Hydration: 8 glasses of water + herbal tea.

- Avoid: Processed foods, sugar, caffeine, alcohol.

  

Day 2: Fiber Focus

- Morning: Warm water with lemon and cayenne.

- Meals: Overnight oats, lentil soup, stir-fried veggies with brown rice.

- Snacks: Apple, celery with almond butter.

- Hydration: Cucumber-mint water.

   

Day 3: Liver Support

- Morning: Warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar.

- Meals:  Beetroot-carrot smoothie, kale salad, baked cod/tempeh with quinoa.

- Hydration: Dandelion or green tea.
