Pre & Post Natal Massage
Massage therapy performed during pregnancy can relieve muscle aches and joint pains, reduce anxiety and improve labour outcomes and newborn health.
Pre & Post natal massage addresses different needs through a variety of techniques. It aims to relax muscle tension and improve lymphatic and blood circulation through mild pressure applied to the muscle groups of the body.

The benefits of massage can improve overall prenatal health for many pregnant women.
