CANCELLATION POLICY 

​

Please notify that we have a cancellation/rescheduling policy of 8 business hours (9.00am – 6:00pm) prior to your appointment.  Notices can be given through email or phone, otherwise we reserve the right to charge 100% of the session fee.

 

Every effort will be made to give the allocated appointment to another patient. In case of success, the missed appointment or late cancellation fee will be waived.

WEATHER POLICY
​
During Black Rainstorm Warning and Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, our clinic will be closed.  The clinic will reopen within 60-90 minutes after the typhoon or rainstorm signal is lowered - except when the signal is lifted after 4pm in the afternoon, the clinic will re-open the next working day.
​
Our staff will contact patients to re-schedule appointments either prior to or following the resumption of business.
