SENIOR RECEPTIONIST
​
Responsibilities
-
Customer service including welcoming patients, handle patient inquiries (phone, email, walk-in etc.)
-
Book appointments, process payments and issue invoices
-
Update website, social media posting, designing posters etc.
-
Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic’s reception and other related areas
-
Ensure continuous operation of the clinic and stock-taking
-
Respond to, resolve and/or escalate issues as required (claims, schedule conflicts, last minute cancelations)
-
Acquire strong working knowledge of the organisation’s services and staff members
-
Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients
-
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinical Directors
Qualifications
-
Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare/Private Clinic setting
-
Minimum 2 years work experience as a Receptionist
-
Possess great customer service skills, is dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable
-
Excellent communication skills, well versed in written and spoken English & spoken Cantonese
-
Good computer skills with knowledge using Microsoft Office applications
-
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task
