SENIOR RECEPTIONIST

​

Responsibilities

  • Customer service including welcoming patients, handle patient inquiries (phone, email, walk-in etc.)

  • Book appointments, process payments and issue invoices

  • Update website, social media posting, designing posters etc.

  • Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the clinic’s reception and other related areas

  • Ensure continuous operation of the clinic and stock-taking

  • Respond to, resolve and/or escalate issues as required (claims, schedule conflicts, last minute cancelations)

  • Acquire strong working knowledge of the organisation’s services and staff members

  • Work closely together with colleagues to ensure the best experience for patients

  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Clinical Directors

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Healthcare/Private Clinic setting

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as a Receptionist

  • Possess great customer service skills, is dynamic, self-driven, professional and reliable

  • Excellent communication skills, well versed in written and spoken English & spoken Cantonese

  • Good computer skills with knowledge using Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task
